What makes it 62% Kids-Friendly: Shows like Disney in Concert and tennis sessions appeal to children, but loud volume, no booster seats, limited kids' toilets and evening end times lower practical comfort for the under-12 group.

  • Accessible facilities: PRM toilets and a first-aid station are available with your event ticket.

Challenges:

  • High noise levels: Concerts can be loud; pack hearing protection for younger children.
  • Limited baby amenities: No dedicated changing rooms; bring a portable changing pad and wipes.
  • Busy exits: Crowds exit quickly; set a meeting point and keep children close.

Had a really great experience watching the AOT beyond the walls concert here, great atmosphere and everything was well organised. If there's a show that interests me I'll definitely come back😄

A top venue in the north of Brussels I was impressed by the quality of the venue – modern, well-maintained, and ideal for events. The only downside was the parking, which is located about a 10-minute walk away. Aside from that, everything was great.

I have attended a concert here and the experience was Super nice. All people were quite helpful and friendly. Two important points to consider: everything here is cashless ( and that's good ) except the lockers, where you need 1 euro to use them ( so make sure to have one with you because there are no change Machine here! )

When is the best time to visit ING Arena (Brussels, Belgium)?

In spring and summer, catch the European Open tennis day sessions. In fall and winter, look for family concerts like Disney en Concert. Check the event calendar and book 2 weeks in advance.
