Positives:

  • Easy Metro Access: Metro Line 6 and Tram 3/7 stop at Heysel, a 5-minute walk to the entrance.
  • Varied Event Line-up: From orchestra performances to pop concerts, you can match your music taste.

Challenges:

  • Concession Lines: Food and drink stalls get busy during breaks—plan ahead or buy before intermission.
  • Limited Parking: On-site parking fills early. Public transport is faster and cheaper.

Had a really great experience watching the AOT beyond the walls concert here, great atmosphere and everything was well organised. If there's a show that interests me I'll definitely come back😄

ALSO, nowhere did it advise that Parking C was open. If arriving by car, this should be your default choice. FINALLY, the venue itself, very little theatre seating, mostly on flat ground so visibility is poor and it had been ...

A top venue in the north of Brussels I was impressed by the quality of the venue – modern, well-maintained, and ideal for events. The only downside was the parking, which is located about a 10-minute walk away. Aside from that, everything was great.

I have attended a concert here and the experience was Super nice. All people were quite helpful and friendly. Two important points to consider: everything here is cashless ( and that's good ) except the lockers, where you need 1 euro to use them ( so make sure to have one with you because there are no change Machine here! )

When is the best time to visit ING Arena (Brussels, Belgium)?

During spring and summer, arrive early to stroll the Plateau at sunset. In winter, bundle up on the outdoor esplanade and head inside quickly to warm up. The arena’s air conditioning runs strong year-round—bring a light layer.
