What makes it 61% Baby-Friendly: Babies ride free and folded strollers fit the cabin, but the wheel lacks diaper-changing tables, nursing rooms and attached toilets, so caregivers must improvise or use nearby cafés.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Allows time for waiting, a full ride, visiting the glass elevator and a snack break.
Ferris-wheel ride:
Enjoy a 12-minute cabin ride up to 55 m for 360° Brussels views.
Tip: Fold your stroller before boarding and bring a light blanket for the baby.
Poelaert glass elevator:
Take the free transparent elevator linking lower town to the square.
Tip: Use it to avoid stairs and enjoy another city panorama with your baby.
Relax on square benches:
Find seating around the wheel to feed or change your baby.
Tip: Bring a portable changing mat for comfort and hygiene.
Grab a treat at the juice bar:
Sample fresh juices or coffee at the nearby kiosk.
Tip: Seat yourselves at the terrace to keep baby close and shaded.

Awesome, great venue setting but if you get there before 12:00 then lots of the stalls around it are closed.

The Ferris Wheel in Brussels is a lovely experience. You get a beautiful panoramic view of the city, especially at sunset or in the evening when the lights come on. A simple but very enjoyable ride to see Brussels from above!

The Ferris wheel is absolutely beautiful. We didn't take a ride, as it didn't seem necessary. But we still enjoyed the view of Brussels at night and the Ferris wheel from the ground 😊

Great view of Brussels from a vantage point, you can see most iconic attractions, museums, churches and so on from the top, plus it is very beautiful at sunset A bit on the expensive side at 10 euros per person for 3 tours, but in the end it was worth it

Nice Ferris wheel with a good view from the top of the hill. Slightly overpriced in my opinion but still fine. It’s not a get-in/get-out system: you wait for it to stop, then you board and ride a set number of revolutions.
Late Nov–Dec hosts Winter Wonders: free Christmas chalets and toy-decoration workshops at the wheel’s base.
