Location was super! Really in the center of it all. Rooms were ok, not bad and not good- american hotel style. BUT - the service was superb. Better than the luxury hotel next by that we were also at. Tom the front desk manager just made us feel like we are in a luxury hotel. Took care of us like family. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the old Bruges City Center. It is in the middle of everything. We loved the medieval suite! Our room was on 2 levels and was built around the original exposed timber framing. The breakfast every morning is excellent! Be sure to order the custom waffles. The hotel is immaculately maintained and the staff took great care of us.

It was a nice gesture but unfortunately the wood smell coming from the frame and ceiling was so strong that it made us nauseous and we could not sleep. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Brugge. Personal very happy to help check in and giving you advice for breakfast and places to visit. Parking is convenient, next door. Lots of restaurants in the surroundings. Cozy, clean and beautiful room! Most important city icons were walking distance: towers, museums, shops, canals. Strongly recommend!
