Crowne Plaza Brugge (couple trip)

Location was super! Really in the center of it all. Rooms were ok, not bad and not good- american hotel style. BUT - the service was superb. Better than the luxury hotel next by that we were also at. Tom the front desk manager just made us feel like we are in a luxury hotel. Took care of us like family. And from what I saw it looked as he is treating every one of the guests also with such passion...

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the old Bruges City Center. It is in the middle of everything. We loved the medieval suite! Our room was on 2 levels and was built around the original exposed timber framing. The breakfast every morning is excellent! Be sure to order the custom waffles. The hotel is immaculately maintained and the staff took great care of us.

The location of this hotel is very convenient to the Brugge city center. The service was also very good. We got upgraded to the junior suite room 423. It was a nice gesture but unfortunately the wood smell coming from the frame and ceiling was so strong that it made us nauseous and we could not sleep. Loved the experience there. The breakfast of insanely good, Crazy variety of food. Luk, the bartender we met while visiting, helped us with local spots to eat and man, he wasn’t wrong. Very charming fella. The entire staff was on point. The rooms were fantastic, exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Of course we did have to ask for some extra pillows because I’m getting old and...

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Brugge. Personal very happy to help check in and giving you advice for breakfast and places to visit. Parking is convenient, next door. Lots of restaurants in the surroundings. Cozy, clean and beautiful room! Most important city icons were walking distance: towers, museums, shops, canals. Strongly recommend!
