Novotel Antwerpen (couple trip)

Awful hotel - late arrival from 6 hour journey - room cold and heating not working. I was so cold we slept with our coats on the bed. The hot water was fixed at a lower temperature. Although the bed linen was fresh the pillows stank and the bedsprings were prominent. The restaurant food was terrible with service to match and unhelpful rude staff. We won’t be staying again and do not recommend it!!...

We booked two rooms and spent in Antwerpen a very nice weekend with friends. We spent a nice weekend with friends in Antwerpen. The staff were nice and friendly. It is at the Port area but you can reach the center very fast. The only disadvantage is you need a car. but it is quiet in the night, the hotel is clean, the breakfast nice.
