Novotel Wien City (solo trip)

The service was prompt and to our liking as a family. I would definitely recommend spending some time at the bar. Valentin with his wacky sense of humour and the very warm Abu were very hospitable. Housekeeping messed up one time and one of the windows was faulty. While not to be overlooked, these didn't cause any major problems.

We booked an Executive room on Booking.com—spacious, bright, with a splendid view of the city. The room is clean and spacious! Breakfast is very good and delicious! The service is amazing, especially Shadia who is very friendly, kind and welcoming. We will definitely recommend this hotel for our friends and family.
