The hotel is well situated and the rooms are comfortable. However the customer service is not at all good. My room was booked through a travel company for the first night and I wished to book an upgrade for subsequent nights I booked myself. Emailing the hotel I received no reply, neither did my travel company so I and others in the group received very poor service on arrival and were either made ...

Very good hotel, we really appreciated the location. We did not use the breakfast service as we found it too expensive. During our two stays (with some friends) we had the chance to visit 4 rooms in total, and we can say that some of them could be updated (especially those with carpet). The reception service was unfortunately very poor, and I would like to explain in detail why: i) We requested e...

Very good value for money - spacious rooms in good location. Rooms maybe need some refurbishment, but they are very clean and feel really cozy. Service was really nice, professional and helpful. Trams just outside the hotel were really not a problem:) Re: bathrooms - for business trips with twin rooms the bathroom could feel problematic ;)
