The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is very good. Close to the metro and also within walking distance of many attractions. Front desk staff could be more friendly and helpful. Upon arrival , I was ignored for a few minutes by the reception and one of them , a girl, saying out loud how she needed a break , this is not the treatment we should be given considering the price of the stay. Very good value for money - spacious rooms in good location. Rooms maybe need some refurbishment, but they are very clean and feel really cozy. Service was really nice, professional and helpful. Trams just outside the hotel were really not a problem:) Re: bathrooms - for business trips with twin rooms the bathroom could feel problematic ;)
