Austria Trend Hotel Europa Wien (couple trip)

Room 306 was a corner room and very spacias!! I have been to this hotel several times before. Housekeeping used to be better. Still is one of the top hotels on Vienna. Staff is friendly and location is great.

The only saving grace of the hotel is the location other than that there’s nothing great about it. Front desk manager (we think she is the manager as she is the only 1 wearing a suit. Old and tired hotel which definitely needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Cupboards in the room are falling apart. Carpets are worn and threadbare with bald patches in the carpet. The hotel was great – the reception staff were amazing and efficient. Despite arriving at 9 a.m., our room was already ready. The bathroom was spacious, and everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The location is perfect – right in the heart of Vienna, with everything within walking distance. Best thing with the hotel is the location. It is clean enough but a bit outdated. The feeling is not much of a full 4star. There are limited toiletries in the room.
