We recently stayed at PLAZA INN Salzburg City and although not the best experience, we wouldn't stay again. The hotel is small , nothing fancy, but seemed clean and well-kept. It's located about a 15-minute walk from the central train station and 20 min to town. The staff were friendly and helpful although when it was time for check out, no one was at the desk and we had to wait while our driver ...

I never write reviews but this Hotel frustrated the hell out of me. Card key didn't work around midnight and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive and lock me in. The sound isolation is TERRIBLE, so if you want a peaceful and quiet stay this place definitely isn't for you. Also having the door knocked on FOUR times before 10am by the staff to check if the room is empty?

Wait until you wake up in the middle of the night at the sound of screaming and ...

The only one thing I did not like was small fridge which works only when electricity card is in, when you leave your room all elect...
