Great location to the train station and very easy walk to anywhere in old or new town. Loved the services this hotel provided (you even get a free transport pass with your booking), including the bar lounge, breakfast option, and bike rental. The rooms were a very good size and super clean.

the room was very clean an well-designed. The staff was very friendly and supportive even before you checked in. I got my Guest Motility Pass on the day of my stay before I arrived so that I could use without any delay. The breakfast was very fresh and tasty. If there is anything i could be picky it would be the noise from the air conditioner, and I didn't find a refrigerator in the room.

Amazing hotel and fab experience from start to end. Rooms are finished to a high standard. Balcony overlooking the gardens was lovely after a busy day exploring. Staff all very welcoming and polite. Complimentary Mozart chocolates, bottled water, and bathrobes to use in the wellness area included, as well as a free travel card to use across Salzburg.
