I was really looking forward to my stay here with all the positive reviews. We unfortunately didn't sleep much at all in the 4 nights we were there. Great location to the train station and very easy walk to anywhere in old or new town. Loved the services this hotel provided (you even get a free transport pass with your booking), including the bar lounge, breakfast option, and bike rental. The rooms were a very good size and super clean.

the room was very clean an well-designed. The staff was very friendly and supportive even before you checked in. I got my Guest Motility Pass on the day of my stay before I arrived so that I could use without any delay. The breakfast was very fresh and tasty. If there is anything i could be picky it would be the noise from the air conditioner, and I didn't find a refrigerator in the room.

A truly wonderful experience. The hotel design and feel was cosy, calm, elegant and very well kept. The entire team was wonderful. Amazing hotel and fab experience from start to end. Rooms are finished to a high standard. Balcony overlooking the gardens was lovely after a busy day exploring. Staff all very welcoming and polite. Complimentary Mozart chocolates, bottled water, and bathrobes to use in the wellness area included, as well as a free travel card to use across Salzburg.
