Hotel Gerl was an amazing and unique experience. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always helpful. Special thanks to Victoria, who guided us with planning day trips to Hallstatt and exploring the city. However taxis can be tricky to get, but the reception is happy to arrange them for you.
