Hotel Gerl was an amazing and unique experience. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always helpful. Special thanks to Victoria, who guided us with planning day trips to Hallstatt and exploring the city. However taxis can be tricky to get, but the reception is happy to arrange them for you. Overall, a wonderful stay—I would 100% definitely come back!

I stayed here with my mum and sister over the Easter. The hotel is beautiful. The facilities are first class and the pools are amazing. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind.

We met up with friends in Austria and Hotel Gerl ended up being so perfect for us! We booked a family room so we had plenty of room for each couple to have space.
