How does this hotel have such good reviews? Maybe we just got the worst room in the place. The bed was lofted and impossible to get into. We did not request a lofted room and could not change. The mattress was the single most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on, and I've slept in hotels where I had to place a chair under the door knob for safety. There is a reason why this is so highly rated everywhere. It was one of our comfiest stays in Austria. The rooms are very tastefully and ergonomically designed. There’s a cute little, fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom and toiletries were great and the place was spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed our walk to the park nearby as well. Check in and check out was quite smooth. Highly recommended!

The lady insisted that all rooms are the same but conveniently couldn’t show us another room. We b...
