There is a reason why this is so highly rated everywhere. It was one of our comfiest stays in Austria. The rooms are very tastefully and ergonomically designed. There’s a cute little, fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom and toiletries were great and the place was spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed our walk to the park nearby as well. Check in and check out was quite smooth. Highly recommended!

This was undoubtedly my best stay in all over Austria in my trip where I stayed at 4 different cities. First of all, NO! Just no! We never write negative reviews and didn’t want to write this one but we just had to. We booked a corner room according to description and photos. They didn’t give us a corner room and a room which photos doesn’t feature anywhere. It is small, uncomfortable and impractical. The location was convenient with 15 mins walk from the train station. The staffs were lovely and helped us with all our needs. The room was clean and tidy. The facilities were brilliant. It was a great value for money and we had a great stay.
