Great hotel and location. We had the unfortunate incident of forgetting a bag in the taxi we came in. The girls at the desk were very helpful in calling and following up with the cab company given we were only there for 24 hours to ensure we got the bag back in time. There is construction on going across the road but hopefully only temporary. This meant we could not open the windows.
