Nice hotel. Walking distance to old town, restaurants, and cable car to Innsbruck summit. Staff are friendly and accomodating, we had some hiccups with our booking but they managed to sort it out quickly. Good selection of breakfast. Our room is clean with lovely mountain views.

We did get a suite and a regular double bedroom, and one thing to note is that while the room and hallway have AC in the suite, the bedroom did not. Plus, they don't have any fans. Staff were very professional, polite and helpful. Lovely, central location that was within walking distance to the old town, palace, museums etc. Rooms were neat and had a mini fridge & small safe, would recommend the buffet breakfast - excellent selection of hot and cold items. Enjoyed the pool, spa and jacuzzi with beautiful views of the mountains!
