Hotel Grauer Bär (with baby)

Nice hotel. Walking distance to old town, restaurants, and cable car to Innsbruck summit. Staff are friendly and accomodating, we had some hiccups with our booking but they managed to sort it out quickly. Good selection of breakfast. Our room is clean with lovely mountain views.

This was a great hotel! It has a fantastic breakfast, the A/C works well in regular rooms, and it's also in a great location. We did get a suite and a regular double bedroom, and one thing to note is that while the room and hallway have AC in the suite, the bedroom did not. Plus, they don't have any fans. Overall, a good stay, but the suite wasn't worth the extra money when the A/C doesn't reach ...

This was one of our best hotels, and proximity to Old Town was excellent. The hotel was clean and front desk staff very helpful apart from one night when there was very loud singing, yelling, etc outside. Staff were very professional, polite and helpful. Lovely, central location that was within walking distance to the old town, palace, museums etc. Rooms were neat and had a mini fridge & small safe, would recommend the buffet breakfast - excellent selection of hot and cold items. Enjoyed the pool, spa and jacuzzi with beautiful views of the mountains!

The location of the hotel is perfect. Very walkable and easy to get around. There is a parking garage underneath so this makes it very convenient if you travel by car. The pool area was nice but crowded. The staff was VERY friendly even suggesting a great pizza place for dinner. The rooms are very basic.
