We stayed for 3 nights, while booking first of all I compared this hotel with courtyard Marriott and Hilton garden inn is complete disappointment. Housekeeping service is below standard. On first day we used kettle and made coffee housekeeping didn't even clean the cups. According to hotel reception if you use it you should clean it. Sheets not changed. And top of it. It’s a very nice hotel! Definitely worth it if you’re staying in Innsbruck. It has a supermarket quite close as well, just 2 minutes away. The room was very clean and fresh. The reason it didn’t get 5 star was because the sauna upstairs didn’t work when I tried it. Perhaps you have to alert the staff or something but a sign would be nice to know how the sauna works. The varieties of breakfast here are quite impressive. With the unique design of the building, and its facilities, including free washer and dryer, the hotel has everything you'd need for the price. Don't forget to take photos with the building itself, the architecture is unique.
