Positives:

  • Baby-friendly facilities: Drinking fountains, clean toilets and shaded shelters support feeding and changing on-site.
  • Easy stroller access: Smooth boardwalk-style paths make moving between areas straightforward with a pram.

Challenges:

  • Limited private changing spaces: Park toilets lack dedicated baby-change tables; bring a portable mat or visit Coolum Library.
  • Crowds at Friday markets: Twilight Markets (Nov–Jan) can be noisy and busy, which may unsettle sensitive babies.

Fantastic spot for all to enjoy. Always super clean and tidy, great well looked after amenities (toilets, outdoor shower, bbq, bins etc). Great little park for kids too. Easy access to beach via steps and ramp. No time restrictions on day time parking. Overnight camping is not allowed on green or in the car park. Out cinema is often hosted here too

Let the kids explore the playground and dedicated skate park while you enjoy the afternoon sunset on a ground rug, deck chairs, friends and a wine. Toilets and plenty of parking but if it’s full, there’s street bays or go to the parking area behind the shops between Maccas and libra...
