Really love walks in rain, or shine. Clearly defined path that can be a bit slippery at times but a good walk up.

Climbed Mt Coolum and it was spectacular. Definitely need comfortable shoes and Definitely take water. Is very rocky and steep in places. Tested my unfitness but take your ti.e and rest to catch your breathe. Take a camera or phone for photos. Look out for wildlife along the way. Birds, butterflies, goannas. Well worth the hike!
May–Oct offers whale sightings from the summit. In summer (Nov–Mar), start hikes before sunrise to beat heat and check for slippery rocks after rain.
