Fabulous location in Fitzroy. Contemporary rooms in a surprisingly quiet location. Love the bath sheets and shower pressure (so unusual but welcome). Staff are friendly and helpful. Their cafe does a reasonable breakfast in a location that has no shortage of great cafes. I’m not sure I agree that a Vittoria coffee bag constitutes artisan coffee.
