Oaks Melbourne St Kilda Road Hotel (couple trip)

Excellent rooms and great location. The somewhat dismissive and rude customer service from the 2 girls at reception leaves alot to|be desired though. I was wondering why such a nice hotel only had 3.7 stars and that experience definitely solved the mystery lol. 5 stars for Room and Location. 1 Star for service. Who likes feeling uncomfortable when they're checking in? Yuck

Rubbish atitude at reception, lady told us 1 room was ready.. but to access it early we would have to pay 20$. What an absolute joke. Then the rooms itself, serviced apartments no washing machine.
