Friendly staff, great art and clean toilets. Lovely gifts in the shop, which support local artists, not rubbish stuff.

It's a three -storey building with an exhibition of young Australian artists who utilize different techniques, different materials (not only canvases) and bright colors. No admission costs.

The art gallery is very small but worth the visit. When I went, a whole floor was closed since they were getting it ready for an exhibition so I could not see much. It’s enough to have a little cultural experience in such a small location. The shop is very nice, lots of books and aboriginal art work.

Well curated shows featuring really great Aussie artists. Entry is free. Not really a place for small children. Highly recommended.
Use the indoor gallery as a respite from midday heat or sudden rain in wet season (Nov–Mar). In dry season (Apr–Oct), aim for a morning visit when humidity is lower.
