The hotel and rooms are not brand new but they are clean and well maintained. I wanted to take a moment to write this review because we loved every second of our stay. The location was so convenient especially with the tram stop right outside the hotel. The breakfast was amazing!!!! But the staff were the standout for us they just went above and beyond. We arrived at 11;00 AM and were able to imm...

Fantastic location, very comfortable room. Service was outstanding, everyone was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast choice was perfect and I'm glad we went early! Tram was right outside and an easy walk to the beach. I will be back again.

Great location, but the room was terrible. The soundproofing is awful, I had a neighbour come back at 3am and could hear every word of her hour-long phone conversation. But the noise really ruined the experience.

Good amenities, laundry room, gym and pool make this hotel stand out. But, Breakfast was chaotic, people jumping the queue, staff over worked, and no team le...
