Fantastic location, very comfortable room. Service was outstanding, everyone was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast choice was perfect and I'm glad we went early! Tram was right outside and an easy walk to the beach. I will be back again.

Great location, but the room was terrible. The soundproofing is awful, I had a neighbour come back at 3am and could hear every word of her hour-long phone conversation. I could also hear people in the hall constantly and upstairs. The temperature control didn't work either. The staff are nice, view was lovely, and it was a clean hotel. But the noise really ruined the experience.

The standard room was a bit small, with no smart TV, low shower pressure, and a bathtub that could use a thorough cleaning. The hotel itself feels quite dated. However, the staff do a great job—especially the reception team and housekeepers, who were very helpful and friendly.

Well located just by the Tram Station. Really friendly welcome at reception on the best in IHG bed of Hotels.
