When we arrived in Gd coast from NZ, we had already told them we were flying in at 6am, they did not tell us that the reception doesn’t open until 9am, so we couldn’t even drop our bags at reception and have a look around, we were very tired with a 1 year old baby and 2 other children. AWFUL!! Don’t waste your money. Filthy reception, dreadful bin smell throughout the hotel. Only 2 lifts working, meaning that you wait up to 25 mins to get the lift down. Wet floor between the lifts and the pool. Inadequate signage. Rooms: Kitchen: Poorly equipped, no chopping boards, oven gloves or bin liners. Bathroom: okay. But the shower drain is FILTHY and does not drain, caked in mould ...

Worst ‘hotel’ I’ve stayed in. As the previous reviews mention the lifts weren’t working which made actually leaving your room a chore. Hotel staff informed us stairs were for emergencies only. Fortunately you were able to use the stairs to go down but not to go up. Surely a temporary solution to the lifts would be to make them available to use. Very bad experience with the lifts. Even holiday times when the apartments were fully Booked one lift is not working.. with 2 lifts you have to wait at least 20-25 minutes just to go on your room.. when you reach on your apartment there was no proper plates and cutleries.. no cling wrap, aluminium foil and baking paper. No dishwashing liquid plus no bin bags and no dishwashing cubes .. have to buy...
