It is located right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. It is close to most of the amenities you could think of and the hotel has great view (either ocean or mountain view). I recently stayed at the Novotel and was disappointed with a few aspects. The shower was extremely uncomfortable - the water pressure was far too strong, making it hard to enjoy. Service was also below expectations; basic amenities like tissues and a shower cap were not provided unless requested, which was frustrating. My stay at Novotel Surfers Paradise was fantastic, thanks to the exceptional staff. Hannah, the night receptionist, promptly resolved a room service menu issue with a friendly, professional attitude.
