Mantra Crown Towers (solo trip)

On arrival, the property looked nice and the reception staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming. Unfortunately, things changed once we headed toward our room. I noticed the corridor ceilings were stained with what looked like mould, which was concerning. Sadly, our apartment itself was very disappointing. The furniture was old, stained, and the whole place felt run-down and not properly cleaned....

Overall, our stay was fairly average. We had a one-bedroom apartment which was a good size, however it was quite dirty which was disappointing.
