Mantra Crown Towers (with kids)

On arrival, the property looked nice and the reception staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming. Unfortunately, things changed once we headed toward our room. I noticed the corridor ceilings were stained with what looked like mould, which was concerning. Sadly, our apartment itself was very disappointing. The furniture was old, stained, and the whole place felt run-down and not properly cleaned....

Overall, our stay was fairly average. We had a one-bedroom apartment which was a good size, however it was quite dirty which was disappointing. The rooms are dated but honestly for what we needed they were fine, given we weren't in the rooms alot. We’re not sure if this is standard, but the room was never cleaned during our stay.
