Positives:

  • Pram Access: The first 200 m of the Oceanview Track is sealed and flat for strollers.
  • Free Entry: All park trails and picnic areas are free to use.

Challenges:

  • Limited Baby-change Facilities: Park toilets lack dedicated change benches or nursing rooms.
  • Unsuitable Terrain Beyond Starter Track: Steps and roots past the first section make prams unsafe further on.

A scenic walking trail that hugs the coastline, offering beautiful views of the ocean and a distant glimpse of the Gold Coast skyline. You can complete both the beachside and summit loops in about 40 minutes to an hour. It’s a peaceful, well-kept trail, perfect for those who want a short but rewarding escape into nature.

You can experience nature inside a natural rainforest right in the middle of the city. The view point provides a mesmerizing view of the goldcoast and pacific ocean. You can even see Dolphins there !! You can also enjoy nice swim in pacific ocean. I loved it. ❤️

It’s an absolute beautiful place to visit if you’re in the area. We took about 1.5 hours in the Burleigh Head National Park to walk around. There are different tracks and it’s all connected to another. We stopped in between the tracks to check out the views and surfers. Love this place.

From June to November you may spot migrating humpback whales from the headland. In summer start before 9 am to avoid heat and crowds.
