I'm a full time wheelchair user so we booked Room 3 which is a 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom accessible room. POSITIVES -good location -the kitchenette (it is not wheelchair accessible but it was convenient for my family to use) -bedroom & bathroom size NEGATIVES -the unserviced aspect is NOT clearly communicated. I found the room and common areas had a musty smell. The reason I chose this motel was that it advertised EV chargers available. Then on arrival i was told there would be fee of $20, not advertised. When I returned after dinner the charging space were taken up by non EV cars. BWH needs to monitor this issue if you want to attract EV owners.

These are NOT serviced rooms. If you are staying for 1 or 2 nights this is fine. Not so great when you booked for 10 days.
