What makes it 71% Baby-Friendly: Thursday Babes-in-Arms sessions allow prams, dim lights, and free entry for under-3s, with change tables available, yet only one slot a week and loud trailers at other times reduce fit.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Allows time to settle the baby, watch the film, and use baby-change facilities
Babes in Arms screening:
Join the Thursday 11 AM session with dimmed lights and tolerant audience
Tip: Book early to secure seats near the aisle for quick pram access
Use baby-change facilities:
Access pram-friendly lifts and change rooms on site
Tip: Arrive before doors open to avoid queues at the change room
Online seat selection:
Choose aisle or middle-row seats through the Palace Electric website
Tip: Select seats close to exits for easy in-and-out with a baby pram
During school holidays, Babes in Arms sessions fill up quickly. Book tickets online at least a week in advance.

Great movie theatre venue but let down by 2 negatively impacting things affecting our experience. A green, small but very noticeable dot on the screen (cinema 2), also we had 2 people who knocked over their drinks because there’s no proper drink holders. Also there’s insufficient space for drinks and food, you can’t even fit 2 large drinks on the holders. Otherwise the venue and staff were great...

The chairs were filthy with stains on them, some of them were missing arm rests, and there were a whole bunch of loose chairs sitting in the front row that someone hadn't bother to collect and stash away. Place seems to be understaffed - I don't o...

Went to watch “How to train your Dragon” Friday night. The overall experience was disgusting, sitting in “cinema 7” which hadn’t even been cleaned - bin was full, wine glasses everywhere, popcorn all over the seats and floors which my partner swept up. We went last night. The condition of cinema is atrocious. Seats were filthy. Arm rest were missing. Seat comfort was poor. Won’t be going again. Can’t rate zero.

Love seeing movies here, makes it feel like an event. Just attended the special screening, in French, of The Count of Monte Cristo. Fantastic atmosphere complete with a serving of 3 French treats & a glass of wine. Great staff too even when they are overrun with patrons!
