I visited last night and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The team members didn’t seem engaged. Several were on their phones or had earphones in while working. The hygiene standards also appeared to be quite poor. I waited around 30 minutes for my order before eventually asking for a refund. Coming from Sydney, best KFC we’ve experienced. The food came fast, our wicked wings were perfectly fried and the sizes of the chicken were consistent. Same goes with the drumsticks. Kind customer service was given, and the workers aren’t stingy with the portions or materials. Would come again if I lived here.

Staff at the drive-thru need better training on how to speak with Uber drivers. Some of them are quite rude and unhelpful. Also, during heavy rain, it’s not fair to expect drivers to stand outside and collect the order – the food and bags get soaked and damaged. Please train your team to be more respectful and allow orders to be handed over through the drive-thru window in such situations.
