Love, love , love this place. A definite must see. There was a wood working expedition on & bought a few gorgeous pieces. A very large place free, except for parking.

Great gardens lots of birds and interesting plants & landscapes from around Australia . To see the entire area all day stay would be best. Parking cost $17 all day so the gardens are free but get money from the parking fees so the gardens are not actually free unless you know some were to park. Most of the walking Is easy and some wheelchair accessible for part of the park ,there are some steep wa...

We only spent a couple of hours here. We could easily have spent the day, and we will at some future time. The displays are varied and interesting. I recommend going to the visitors centre 1st and collect a free map. The staff are friendly ans helpful. I particularly liked the red centre display.

Excellent accessibility for people with disabilities. There is good disability parking and excellent access throughout the park, with wide lanes and plenty of shaded areas to stop and rest. There are also spots where you can grab something to eat. Accessible toilets are available as well.
Spring (Sep-Nov): wildflowers peak in the Upper Garden; bring a hat and sunscreen. Summer (Dec-Feb): start before 10 am to avoid midday heat. Winter (Jun-Aug): calmer crowds but bundle up for chill winds in open areas.
