The Star Grand Brisbane (with baby)

This is the best hotel in QLD! If you want amazing service, a beautiful room, and delicious food in a perfect atmosphere, you definitely have to choose this hotel! They made our stay incredible — they do so much more than you’d expect! I absolutely love The Star Grand Hotel and can’t stop recommending it!

Wow is all I can say…. Wish I could get my money back as this place is not 5* in anyway. The staff are poorly trained at best. They are cold, rude, and come over annoyed to even be doing their jobs they are paid to do. Everywhere seems understaffed, the pool bar had only two staff on so the queue was always long. It was a wonderful staycation. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the reception staff were both professional. The night view from the room & Sky Deck was beautiful. Great location!! What an experience. The river view rooms had the best view to offer, with your curtains opening on entering the room to display the view. Great choice of restaurants both at the hotel and just over at Southbank. Only negative would be the road noise; double glazing would have sorted this out.

We recently stayed at The Star Grand Brisbane and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous — brand new, very luxurious, and beautifully designed.
