Wow is all I can say…. Wish I could get my money back as this place is not 5* in anyway. The staff are poorly trained at best. They are cold, rude, and come over annoyed to even be doing their jobs they are paid to do. Everywhere seems understaffed, the pool bar had only two staff on so the queue was always long. Great location!! What an experience. The river view rooms had the best view to offer, with your curtains opening on entering the room to display the view. Great choice of restaurants both at the hotel and just over at Southbank. Only negative would be the road noise; double glazing would have sorted this out.
