Lovely and entertaining, especially when the kite surfers are out there surfing across the sand bar. They have one the most beautiful places to watch the sunset

Wellington Point Recreation Reserve was beautiful, but unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to walk out to King Island like Moses. I could only admire it from afar this time. Hopefully, I’ll get the opportunity to make that walk and explore King Island up close in the future!

Stunning! We went during the week and kids were back at school so it was quiet. Fantastic area for kids, great park, loads of shade under the trees - which are absolutely stunning. We walked out to the island during low tide. Highly recommend doing it. It’s a great experience.

Wellington Point is one of the best places to enjoy a sunset in Brisbane! 🌅 A peaceful coastal spot with wide views over Moreton Bay. At low tide, you can walk along the sandbar in the middle of the bay – a unique experience, but make sure to check the tide times as the water rises quickly. The park has BBQ areas, picnic spots, and a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for families, couples, or anyone w...

It’s the perfect spot to relax, especially during low tide when you can walk out to King Island – such a cool experience. The water is calm and great for a casual swim or just dipping your feet in. We grabbed some snacks, had a little picnic, and watched the sun go down – the sunset views here are honest...
