I’m definitely not an art expert, but I really enjoyed Carrick Hill. The place is clean, calm, and beautifully looked after, and it’s easy to just admire everything without feeling overwhelmed. I loved learning about Adelaide’s old socialite history and how the house was actually lived in, not just displayed. If you’re like me and don’t know much about art, I’d really recommend joining a guided to...

In the house, the artwork alone is worthy of the world's best art galleries. Recommend taking the Audio Tour to understand CHH's history and its people, and to enjoy the musical score which adds to the ambience. Would also recommend to 'house-tour first timers' who tak...

A beautiful house with a remarkable history. The house is always showing exhibitions and there is a small kiosk style cafe and amazing new gift shop. Wander around the beautifully landscaped gardens with roses and orchard. Perfect view of the city. Great place for a garden wedding.

Wow, the house was dressed ready for Christmas. Stunning!🤩🌲 It's a wonderful slice of South Australian history that everyone should see. We had lunch at the new Rozelles Cafe and loved the views. Their pizzas accompanied with their salad was delicious. A lovely stroll through the gardens completed a lovely afternoon.
