Venus Secret Hotel Aeon Bình Tân (with kids)

I came here for a 3-day business trip and felt very comfortable here. The room was nice and the price was reasonable. The cleaning ladies and receptionists were like family. The Christmas decorations were so beautiful that I couldn't wait for Tet.

After about 3 weeks of renting a room at this hotel, here are some of my honest feelings: • I booked a room through Booking.com, but the staff asked me to cancel and book directly at the hotel with the reason of better support. Very good value for the price. Very helpful and polite staff ready to assist you at any point in time for any reason.

Bad experience. The basement parking guard was unfriendly, cold-faced, didn't say a word or look at me with no sympathy. The male receptionist was sick at night, but it was okay.
