SPRING HOUSE HOTEL (couple trip)

My dad bring my grandma to check her diabetes how is it he put 2 adult in one room and another room 2 adult also but when we arrive they say that we forgot to put One child and they say to book again and pay more VND

Rooms i had was small and tiny window. The room was smelly from bathroom. I would not stay here again.

Good service, from the boss to the staff are very enthusiastic, a place worth coming and experiencing, my friends and I will come back next time

Only good thing is the location. Booked 9 nights—terrible experience. They asked to apply wallpaper mid-stay, I agreed. A few days later, staff claimed I broke the dressing table glass top (I didn’t). When I tried to explain, the receptionist rudely yelled and refused to listen. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!! Dishonest and terrible service! Cockroaches found in rooms! Towels provided were old with holes. Bed sheets were old and super worm. As soon as we arrived we were told not to flush toilet paper down the toilet and asked to sign an agreement to cover the costs should there be any blockages tin their drainage system.
