Riverside Hotel In Saigon (solo trip)

The rooms are very old but adequate, the service staff were friendly and attentive. It was clean, the AC worked and the views especially from the roof top bar were amazing however the service up there was poor, the server had no idea what he was doing, needs to learn how to poor a pint. My trip was excellent! Our room is clean and super large and even has 3 window to view the river. The breakfast is great as well with lots of dishes. However I hope the staff attitude will be more friendly, overall it's a nice trip I highly recommended

We stayed at this hotel on two occasions. The first time was a good experience with a nice room and a decent breakfast. One person in our tour group did have an issue with bedbugs but we personally did not. The second stay however was a disaster and we even ended up sleeping in another hotel. Nice location, in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. Not a modern hotel with many facilities, but the foh service and room service are excellent, especially the helpfulness of the bellman. I also received an upgraded room with a river view. The breakfast service needs improvement, both in terms of floor service crew and food quality.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. All the attractions are within walking distance. There is a terrace overlooking the river. The staff are very respectful, starting with the doorman guard. All the staff speak English. The number is chic. Clean, neat, and chic look. The room is quiet despite the fact that it is quiet.
