MEOW HOTEL & CAFE 3 (couple trip)

You get what you paid for. I paid for a massive roach apparently. Only stay here if your budget is tighter than the springs in the mattress you’ll sleep on. It gives me no joy to post a negative review on anyone. They were kind enough to refund my money so there’s that.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was full of ants, and despite advertising Wi-Fi, it was almost non-existent. The worst part was their laundry service—every piece of my expensive white clothing was returned stained and turned blue. When I brought this up, the staff not only refused to take responsibility but also laughed in my face. They offered me a mere 40,000 V...

Bad management. Booked a normal room and was given a downgrade and tried to explain what I booked. Don't get fooled by the pics. I won't recommend it. Also there is a construction going on with hammering, drilling noises. Try to relax 👎

The location is good, suitable for foreign visitors. Room is basic, the cleaness is average. The toilet is old. The public area at the door smells smoke much :(. Room is different from the booking without notice in advance. :)

This is the best hotel I have stayed in whilst in Vietnam (I stayed for 3 weeks). The room had an AC that worked, a shower that gets hot, a fridge freezer (clean and switched on), a kettle, an armchair, a desk and chair (suitable for laptop work).
