We just finished out week stay at M City Hotel, the only reason my score is at 3 is because of the lack of soundproofing. You probably wouldn't enjoy staying here if you are a light sleeper. This hotel was hands down the best of our entire trip. The rooms were spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with one of the most gorgeous bathrooms we’ve ever seen in a hotel. Housekeeping did an exceptional job keeping everything spotless. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting our family with everything from transferring bags to helping with translation when items were lost....

We really enjoyed our stay. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they’re thoughtfully designed with a minimalist yet highly functional style. The bathroom was fantastic, and we slept incredibly well,the pillows were especially comfortable. Soundproofing is limited, but it didn’t affect our experience. The staff were attentive, respectful, and friendly. We would happily stay here again.

We have been to many hotels but never had such a great experience as in this one. The staff was just wonderful in every way, specially Minh who made us feel like VIPs. The rooms has NO soundproofing! Similar to what other reviews mentioned, you can hear your neighbours talking and people walking outside. Wokeup every 30mins from 1am-4am as the neighbours were back from partying and were making a ruckus in the corridor.
