Short stay while on a layover. Location is great. The pickup from the airport could have been a bit smoother -- I didn't see the driver with the IBIS sign as I walked out of the terminal, but that's mainly because there are dozens of people all holding up some sort of sign, so it was easy to miss the one I was looking for. Had to discuss with the receptionist the surprise charge of 350k dong for an 'extra person' when we booked a family room that's advertised in the accor All App as a room for 5. Sy Hung could not have been helpful at this very convenient location. The check in staff also did a fantastic job with my room request. I enjoyed my stay in a clean room with a good breakfast and free shuttle bus to the airport. Definitely a 5 star stay. Keep up the excellent customer service.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ibis Airport Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Checking in was smooth and easy, and everyone we interacted with was very friendly. If you’re not a breakfast person, there’s a Starbucks in the hotel, though it’s worth noting that they only accept cashless payments. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
