Room is decently sized, toilet is big. Unfortunately, when I booked the hotel thinking that there was supposed to be a view towards the lake. I was notified that my room isn't booked with the view. As I recall that there was no option in the booking app indicating view room during my booking but oh well, will still recommend it though.

Amazing suite with view over the lake of Hanoi and skyline. Luxurious room with an amazing bed. The staff is also incredibly nice and helpful. They helped a lot with the baggage too. Also, everything you need is nearby. Very nice restaurants and cafés too. We stayed here three times when visiting Hanoi. Would recommend!
