V House 6 Serviced Apartment (couple trip)

Used to stay here for two months. They told me the wrong price tag, which is almost 2 mil off from the real price. The scooter parking area is extremely crowded. The front desk staff is often not pleasant to deal with and throws fits when delivery drivers are waiting around the entrance.

The cashier-receptionist had an extremely unpleasant attitude. When a customer came in and asked about payment, they raised their voice without explaining anything to the customer. If you don't need Vietnamese customers but only foreign customers, you can inform us that we will never come to your hotel. If you respect your customers, go back to school to learn Customer service.

I stayed here for 2 nights. Room is clean and well decorated. All the staff are very helpful and informative. This place is a good choice for people who travel on a low budget (compare to the other 3 stars hotels). Strongly recommend. Will definitely stay here if I travel to Hanoi next time.

I stayed at this apartment for about a week in Hanoi. The staff and manager are super friendly and accommodating. They reply to emails as well, where most properties are hard to get a hold of. The rooms are little studios that are extremely clean and the housekeeping staff does a really good job of cleaning as well, while you are staying there.
