I had a really pleasant stay at Tru by Hilton Station Hanoi. The location is very convenient, especially if you’re arriving by train or moving around the city, and it made getting in and out of Hanoi very easy. I took a train to and back from Sapa so I chose this hotel for the convenience. The hotel itself feels modern, fresh, and functional. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully desi...

Wife and I stayed here in points. Mainly used the stay to enjoy our anniversary exploring the streets. We had a corner room 403. It felt minimal and lighting was dim but we mainly used the room to sleep. The space was small but bigger than rooms we been in Japan. The manager setup a nice welcome package and everyone was nice. Breakfast is safe to eat and mediocre. Would definitely be go head again...

Rooms are high tech. Bed is so comfortable. Fridge didn't work and they replaced it after a few hours and a few reminders. Access is not the best with baggage, steep entrance. Yes you can hear street noise on level 4. To he honest it's a room to sleep and shower in and watch TV. Not somewhere to sit and chill.

Even so, it is attached with a basin for washing hand. Above it has two lights and a metal rod where you hang your clothes. Now, how is this a conducive place to work? Room is clean and spacious though, I got...

Good experience overall. The room was small but had a comfortable bed. Even with some noise from the train station, I still slept very well. The hotel staff will ask if you need earplugs, and they provide them if you do. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but included in the room rate, taste good
